Was it non-consensual? Given what you have said I would say that it was technically rape, but he could maintain that because you didnt fight back or say ‘no’, it wasnt rape. Unfortunately in our rape culture, his word would probably be taken more seriously than yours, which makes me sick, but is a terrible truth.
